It’s been months, and until now I find it hard to digest--- looking back on the memoirs we shared and the endless laughter of everyday that our fractured minds bring us.
The contrast of then and now is just so sharp to me. The ambivalence in the scheme of things astonishes me. I was once this aspiring moderator, ambitious and proud. You and I our beloved chatters, from those simple and happy moments dove into an abyss of little misunderstandings, petty tampuhans, katatawanan and kwentuhans and leaving that world seems so much like an impossibility because I can no longer find myself in the darkness and fire.
It was so good... when every damn day at PNC is good enough a job. These are the days of laughter, of endless kwentuhans, of sincere friendship, of kalokohan, of fractured moments, of wrong mindset, of emos, of broken heartedness, of everyday, every night of admiration, of question of loyalty. Weh, and so love stories. Our exhilarating community plus plus plus endless learning from each other.
That was life at PNC.
The days when ate shec is the most understanding and passionate site owner, I always and will always admire her for simply being her. I learned a lot and will always be thankful that I’ve known an ate in her, a teacher, a mentor and ate shec that is. When ate bal has this unexpected serious days and admire the Juvenile Delinquent PDA singers. When the tag HALIMAW made her popular in PNC, the huling bantay, the loveykins and anaconda…lol… prepare yourself ate bal because there will be more to come (I guess)… Together with peach the two are the most notorious rapist of newbies…lol… Tine and main also, the bakoderas, hehe, funny but true, you are the sweetest ladies, sweet in the sense that you attract ants to PNC, (???). Kashie, ate shec’s daughter, my sincere apologies. Whew, I also saw an angel flying, she’s dark but always mistaken, hehe, she’s ate yuna aka dark angel, she’s always there to remind us not to take everything seriously. Shuo, shuo, shuo, my shuomamay, if there will be one person I will never forget my whole life that is shuo, far more beyond reasons, you are the best friend I’ve ever had. AJ, tol, whatever happened before, it will always be a great experience joking and sharing with you, thank you for the advices. Skippy, my best bud, I owe you a lot and please- a lot more. Sunny, I just realized now that you make PNC tasty, simply because you add taste to our bitter/ boring moments.
I will always remember those days.
When you were my only friends and me as yours only too.
And then the hands of fate moved.
I wish things will not end. It was all up to US I figured. I wish so bad we didn't step into this world where it was always a choice between US. I wish it will not end.
Ate Shec, you've told us time and again me time and again to help each other. Help in the initial sense of the word. And Each Other in the thought that we are always here for one another, with no second fiddle. You are one and only because in a way we feel that WE ARE YOU. And without you there's never a way I could imagine my existence even in the fringes of this Community.
And So now I ask of everybody to forgive me for my imperfections. For the inequities. For all the words that might have hurt you. I am so proud of you. More than words can say.
To everyone, thank you for the memories. Let us continue to roll in with the punches and if I have to fight face down to the dirt with you, I will. I'll step on whoever’s faces if I have to and raze them to the ground. Just STAY.
